Bradenton Man Accused Of Robbing Victim Selling Home Alarms
A Bradenton man is accused of robbing a victim selling home alarm systems. It happened Friday around 12:45pm, when the victim was on 37th Avenue Drive East going to door –to –door. The salesman was returning to his parked car when deputies say he was approached by Kyle Leonard, who then grabbed an iPad from the victim's hands and ripped off an ID card from around his neck.
Leonard then allegedly pulled a sword from his vehicle and threatened the victim with it. Leonard was arrested and has been charged with armed robbery.
