SARASOTA - In this week's edition of Feel Good Friday, SNN's Grant Boxleitner spent time at the Sarasota Garden Club.

The club features 14 gardens and features lush, colorful plant life in the shadow of downtown along the bayfront. Fall offers a time for at-home gardeners to grow plants and flowers during a more forgiving time of year than the Florida summer.

All the gardens are free on the grounds and can be viewed and appreciated at any time during daylight hours. One of the featured places is the butterfly garden. The club also conducts various horticultural studies and rents out the building and grounds for various events, including weddings.

Sarasota Garden Club member Kay Weber talks about the club during the segment.
