SARASOTA - Flames erupt this afternoon a little after 1 p.m. from a vehicle on the corner of Honore Avenue and University Parkway. Witnesses say crews from Sarasota County Fire Rescue arrived within minutes and were able to put the fire out. No one was in the car at the time and no injuries are reported.
