New skipper for Southeast baseball
MANATEE -- The Southeast Seminoles will have a new man heading its baseball team this coming season. Christian Diaz has been brought in as the new head coach for the orange and blue. Diaz has eight years of coaching experience, two as a head coach, and six years spent as an assistant, most recently at Ruskin Lennard High School.
His playing days were spent as a catcher at Manatee Community College, as well as with the Kansas City Royals organization.
