It will be the wrecking ball for GWIZ. The city's Historic Preservation Board decided Tuesday not to try to spare the vacant G.WIZ building.  According to the Herald Tribune it was  after it learned a demolition permit has been approved by the city,  and any action taken against the City Commission's wishes to tear the structure down could violate city code.
