Hi Hit Ranch development taking decades to complete


SARASOTA COUNTY – A cluster of villages east of Interstate 75 could take decades to build.

Sarasota County’s 2050 Growth Management Plan is getting tweaked for better plantain for the massive community between Clark and Fruitville, expected to take 30-40 years to build.
The change does away with the requirement of a details master plan.
