Lawn maintenance worker facing burglary charges


BRADENTON – A 26-year-old lawn maintenance worker is facing burglary charges after fingerprints tied him to home break-ins.

Yhampierre Rosas-Sanchez of Bradenton was booked into the Sarasota County Jail Wednesday, January 28TH, and released after posting a bond of $3,000.

Deputies responded to a residential burglary in the 4600 Block of Ringwood Meadow on December 10th. Investigators say someone broke in and stole a television set.

On January 21st, someone broke into another home in the same neighborhood. Fingerprints collected from both crime scenes matched the suspect.

Rosas-Sanchez is the supervisor for a crew that cuts grass in the neighborhood. Additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
